Shipping & Returns


Most orders are processed within 1 working day of receipt of payment, maximum 2 working days. 

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. We always recommend express postage as the parcel can be tracked. Although orders are lost very rarely (one in the last 3 years) we accept no responsibility for orders lost in transit. 


We strive to do our best, however, if you receive a wrongly supplied order or an item not working through no fault of your own, please accept our apologies and notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
